Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Veenajj Consulting Pvt Ltd, we strive to ensure a seamless musical experience. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed for our web and mobile applications.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time through your Account Settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features (including the Gayaki-style library) until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Initial Purchase: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase if you have not utilized the "Download" feature.
  • Technical Issues: If a technical error on our part prevents you from accessing content for more than 48 hours, you are eligible for a pro-rated refund.
  • Auto-Renewals: Refund requests for automatic renewals must be submitted within 24 hours of the charge.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that all sales of individual digital downloads (MP3s) are final. Once a track has been downloaded to your device, it is ineligible for a refund due to the nature of digital goods.

5. Process for Requesting a Refund

To initiate a request, please email our support team atsupport@veenajj.com with:

  • • Registered Email Address
  • • Transaction ID / Invoice Number
  • • Reason for the refund request

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
